Senior Data Scientist

Amir-Homayoun Javadi is a Senior Data Scientist at ONS Data Science Campus. He is currently involved with analysis of mobility data to understand internal and external migration patterns. The data is gathered from a wide variety of resources such as CENSUS, mobile phones, and passenger locator form.

Amir-Homayoun has backgrounds in both engineering (BSc and MSc of Electrical Engineering) and science (PhD of Cognitive Neuroscience from UCL, UK). Before joining the ONS he was a postdoctoral researcher at Humboldt University (Germany), University of Dresden (Germany) and UCL (UK) and a senior lecturer of Cognitive Neuroscience at University of Kent (UK).
