Graduate Data Scientist
Tim joined the Campus in October 2021 as part of the Data Science Graduate Programme.
He has a background in physics, with a master’s in Mathematics & Physics from Warwick and a PhD in Astrophysics from Durham. His research was focussed on the study of the giant galaxies at the centre of galaxy clusters.
From 2017 to 2021, he lived in Bangladesh. There, he worked on a project introducing the teaching of coding into public libraries with British Council Bangladesh – which provided an opportunity to travel much of the country. He has also briefly worked as a junior data scientist in a Legal Tech start-up, utilising NLP to extract data insights from legal case documents.
His outside interests include photography, cooking and literature.
