Guest Author - Data Science Intern

Elizabeth joined the DSC as a MSc student intern in June 2018. Prior to joining DSC she was undertaking a MSc in Demography at the University of Southampton and a BSc in Social Sciences from the University of Bath. Elizabeth has previously worked in digital marketing at Xerox, which heavily involved working with the developers of a customer facing app and reviewing the usage statistics. This lead to her interest in developing her statistical computing knowledge. Other previous work involves a similar 3-month placement with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), as a social researcher. Outside of work Elizabeth enjoys traveling, performing musicals and baking.
