Craig joined the Campus as a Data Scientist in February 2021 in the Economic Insight Squad. He previously worked in the ONS producing linked datasets for various Covid-19 projects during the pandemic. Prior to that, he worked in academia studying the visual part of the human brain. He mainly focused on how neurons in the visual cortex can improve visual functioning, and how this could be applied to various visual disorders.

Craig is interested in discovering new data sources, using new techniques and making data more accessible through data visualisation
